Shipping Policy

Our candles are hand poured, and we stock a limited supply of many of the fragrances we offer. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when the business gives the shipment to a shipping carrier service. These processing times do not include the amount of time your package will be in transit with the shipping carrier. Once your package ships you will receive a notification email. We typically ship via USPS or UPS, and do not ship on U.S. holidays. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $60.00. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS or UPS ground.

Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Snohomish Candle Co. cannot be responsible for carrier delays. Once shipped, an order’s tracking information is outside of our control, and final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Packages are occasionally returned as un-deliverable due to an incorrect or outdated address. In this event, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) minus any return and/or shipping fees at the time the package is returned to us from the shipping carrier.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $60 to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. Free shipping is also excluded from APO/FPO addressses at this time. To receive free standard shipping, your cart must total over $60 before taxes, discounts or promotionals.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you discover your order is incorrect, or a product was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase so we can determine how to best lend a helping hand. We will replace or refund the damaged item(s) if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with proof of purchase (your Snohomish Candle Co. order number, order confirmation email, etc.). Replacements will be shipped by using the shipping method that you selected on the original order. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method within 7-10 days of submission of photographic proof of damage. If we are not notified of an incorrect order or product damage within 48 hours, you assume full responsibility for the delivery and all products.
